I wanted to acknowledge my personal experience with all three quality levels of customer service the Priority Toyota of Chesapeake dealership offers to its customers: sales, finance, and service. Your organization provided me over the course of a month's time, and throughout each stage all of your departments not only met my expectations, they surpassed them.
I first arrived at Priority Toyota of Chesapeake in mid September when I was in the market for a purchase of a used car. I was given several alternatives for my financial budget and qualifying terms. My sales associate, Carlos Pena assisted me with my purchase. Becasuse of my special needs for the finance terms, Carlos exuded patience as he had to spend a significant amount of time in my deal. The Sales Manager, Ron Lewis, was personally involved in the process which impressed me.
I was directed to Bob Hucks in the Finance Department at Priority, who was able to finance the car of my choice and meet my personal needs. Bob diligently pursued the financing options and his efforts finally paid off. Because the processing took more time than initially anticipated, I was concerned about the temporary tags expiration date which had 48 hours. I phoned Bob on my way to the dealership where he extended my temporary tags and compensated me for the additional trip back and forth to the dealership during my lunch hour.
I came into the dealership later that evening when I was informed that the Military base would not allow me back on the base without my permanent tags. I was unaware that my daughter's life sustaining prescription medication could not be picked up without my permanent tags. The finance manager, Vince Seymour took the time to address my concerns came up with a temporary solution which allowed me to pick up my daughter's prescription and have a vehicle to drive until my permanent license plates arrived at the Priority dealership in a few days. Needless to say I was elated.
I had some service needs for my newly purchased vehicle and had my first experience with the Priority Service Department. My Assistant Service Manager was Joe Sloan. Joe was expeditious in processing my order and gaining approval as a liaison between me and the Used Car Manager, Ron Lewis who sold me the car and enabled me to receive additional perks that are medically necessary for me to safely operate my car. There were several unforeseen extenuating circumstances which negated my return to the service department each visit. Fortunately, what could have been problematic turned out to be favorable. I was treated with the utmost quality of customer service, not an inconvenience, in fact the staff, stayed after hours until my car was fully serviced and enabled me to drive my vehicle home while I waited on the premises.
I was so happy with my purchase of my Toyota; I was inclined to make an additional investment in your department for some accessories which added to improving the functionality of my Solara. The service department promptly notified me when my products arrived and researched additional products I was considering for future purchases. The service department assisted me with installing my accessory. I look forward to my next scheduled maintainence so that I will receive my manicure.
I have extended my appreciation to every department by baking cookies for all of the staff to share. It is my hope that the above referenced individuals who participated in taking the initiative to provide exemplary customer service to me be formally recognized and compsated for their outstanding performance.

We also would like to take a second to brag on your team. Tom, Tony, Vince, Jim... are amazing men! They made us feel like friends for life. Their exceptional customer service, patience, kindness, knowledge, professionalism and so much more... was phenomenal! Words cannot express how thankful we are and how HAPPY we are with our new car.

We just wanted to Thank You for everything you all did for us! You have gone beyond anything we expected.
For ten years we have been loyal to Saturn and we were very sad when it got dropped by GM. We did not know if any other car company had the feeling of being part of a family like Saturn had. What a wonderful surprise we had from the moment we stepped out of our car onto the Priority Toyota lot! The whole car shopping experience was very enjoyable. You did not push us at all and let us have all the time we needed to pick one we liked. The buying process went just as well. While it is never easy to spend that amount all at once, the whole team we had made it fun from start to finish. We got an awesome deal on our Corolla. You even called us back with another rebate on our car that saved us more money!
Thank you for going out of your way to make this experience one we look forward to repeating whether we are in to have our car serviced, to the next new car we purchase.

YOUR STAFF, PARTICULARLY BILLY OWENS AND ERIC ARE AN EXTREME EXCEPTION TO WHAT I ENCOUNTER ON A DAILY BASIS WHILE ORDERING PARTS FOR OUR REPAIR CENTER DOWN IN WINDSOR VIRGINIA. IN A DAY OF SHODDY WORK ETHICS AND PEOPLE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO SAVE ON LABOR BY HIRING SECOND RATE EMPLOYEES WHO WILL WORK FOR LESS BUT DON'T HAVE THE COMPANY'S BEST INTEREST IN MIND, IT IS SO REFRESHING TO KNOW THAT WHEN I CALL YOUR TOYOTA PARTS DEPARTMENT I'M GETTING SERVICE AND KNOW HOW FROM SOME OF THE BEST OF ANY DEALER OR AFTERMARKET PARTS PEOPLE AROUND. NOT MANY PEOPLE WILL TAKE THE TIME TO COMPLIMENT GOOD SERVICE BUT SO MANY ARE QUICK TO POINT OUT BAD. THESE 2 INDIVIDUALS IN MY MIND ARE AS GOOD AS THEY COME. Good Afternoon Mr. Mumejian,
I would like to take a moment and personally explain to you my recent experience that I had with Priority Toyota.
I must admit, prior to visiting your dealership I had been to a few others in the area, one of them being a local chain competitor where I had purchased my last 3 vehicles. Ultimately I decided to try Priority Toyota based on a the recommendation of one of your salesman; Perry Edmundson from a friend of mine . Right off the bat Perry was great to work with. I felt as though he was a real person who was engaging, personable, and extremely friendly and not just another salesman trying to sell me a car, rather someone who was genuinely interested in my vehicle needs. Also, since he knew I was picky and a fairly budget conscious consumer , Perry was able to work within my parameters and show me numerous options.
Perry was extremely responsive through e-mail and phone. We were able to discuss a lot of factors prior to me even entering the dealership. The fact that I was able to make an appointment after work was an added plus. When I met Perry he had already taken the liberty of pulling a vehicle that I was interested in and had the vehicle ready for me to view. Additionally, Perry had some of the general paperwork already completed. I was extremely pleased with his forward thinking on my behalf.
The negotiation process was nothing like I ever experienced it before. It seemed as though in a flash we were all settled on a price and everyone was happy. The paperwork process always seems to take forever, but as mentioned before Perry was a pleasant person to make small talk with and helped make the time go by faster. Also, the facility has so many amenities it was easy to keep ourselves busy.
Furthermore, I wanted to mention that John Harrington, our Finance Manager, was a pleasure to work with as well. He had all the paperwork laid out in an organized fashion and highlighted for the places I needed to sign. The process was smooth and quick.
I must admit, I am not an easy customer to please, but I am definitely a person who feels credit should be given where credit is deserved, and in this case it is Perry Edmundson and John Harrington. I hope you get an opportunity to share my kudos with them.
